Since my time at The Maryland Institute College of Art my focus has been mixed media paintings.

Having grown up in and around cities, I noticed the textures of the environment and how people and the weather affected them. Walls made of different materials, covered in layers of advertisements, graffiti and eroded via the elements. My paintings focus on texture, color, form, and materials. I use a variety of processes in my work and I always use a hefty dose of recycled or upcycled materials.
